Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat
The Utah Shakespeare Festival
Summer 2019

Designer: Kevin Alberts
Draper: Kate Ellis
First Hand: Alex Hagman
Stitchers: Mackenzie Dunn, Celeste Collado, Rachel Irvin, Jordan New
Costume Crafts: Wilson Libering

This version of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat consisted of a 24 person cast and roughly 31 significant builds.
Two Joseph coats were constructed for this production - a "ragged" coat constructed of pieced together dyed raw silk. The other (technicolor) coat was created using pieced satin. The second coat was then wired with LED lights (wiring by Cat and Colin Dixon) which were controlled by the light board during performance.
